Total assets stood at USD 1.05 billion, total liabilities reached USD 774.2 million, and net equity attributable to APIC shareholders amounted to USD 235.3 million. Wison Engineering announced that it has been awarded the US$3.9 billion Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for Phase 2 (New Natural Gas Processing Train at Habshan) of the Rich Gas Development (RGD) Project by ADNOC Gas. The total contract is valued at approximately US$4.04 billion, making it the largest EPC contract in Wison Engineering’s history. Located in the Habshan area of Abu Dhabi, the project will see Wison Engineering build a new, large-scale natural gas processing train for ADNOC Gas, expanding their natural gas processing capacity and supporting the UAE’s downstream and petrochemical sectors.
